The cheerful triple-tone Bus exterior illustrates what VW can do with its upcoming electric-vehicle platform. VW's designers say the Buzz is build-able. Although the billet aluminum side trimmings would be coated plastics if put into production. How one handles items like roll-down windows wasn’t discussed. And the swipe-motion activated doors (no handles) are likely too far out for this future-ready groovy van. Atop the van are retractable puck-like housings for radar and cameras that aid autonomous driving.
