VW says nearly everything that the consumer sees is redone. That’s its story on the 2020 North American VW Passat, which VW shows next month at the North American International Auto Show. The roof, however, remains the same. And those peeking under the hood will see the same chassis, engine and transmission. The dashboard, gadget interface and driver assist features are either new or upgraded.
