Johan de Nysschen, VWoA’s new COO, says the biggest challenge for him is making VW relevant again. Quoting Bob Dylan, he says the times are changing; VW wants to be the driver of change, not a victim.
After outlining VW’s electric vehicle plans for the USA, the man from South Africa, who works for a German brand introduced the 2021 made-in-the-USA Atlas. He says Atlas sales climbed to 81,500 units last year (37% of them were conquest sales).
The new Atlas gets a new grille, steering wheel, connectivity features and you can get 4Motion with either six or four-cylinder engines.
